Waiver of Liability

In consideration in your accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive any and all right and claims for damages I may have against the Rotary Clubs of Springfield Missouri, the Rock'n Ribs BBQ Festival, the host sponsor, The Ozark Empire Fair Grounds of the Ozarks, their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by myself or my team in the event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the event organizers and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate reason. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the 2014 Rock'n Ribs BBQ Festival.

*Please note that all teams will be required to cook for the public sampling on Saturday.This will take place from 1:00-5pm or while supplies last.All teams have the option of cooking for the public on Friday night at the VIP Preview party.

Larger tent sizes are available in place of the standard 10' x 10' tent. If you prefer a larger tent please select the size you want. The difference in price will be added to your total. Bringing your own tent is no longer an option. Booth payment includes: 10' x 10' (or applicable) tent, 2 tables, 4 chairs, 2 event shirts, and access to water & electric.

All Teams MUST cook & serve Rib Ends provided to the public on Saturday (125 lbs) and have the option of cooking on Friday (60 lbs).
