Waiver of Liability
In consideration in your accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive any and all right and claims for damages I may have against the Rotary Clubs of Springfield Missouri, the Rock'n Ribs BBQ Festival, the host sponsor, Bass Pro Shops/Outdoor World, their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by myself or my team in the event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the event organizers and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate reason. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the 2007 Rock'n Ribs BBQ Festival.
Pertinent Information
Set up times: Thursday April 17th 9am-6pm and Friday April 18th 8am-3pm. All cars MUST be off the lot by 3pm on Friday.
*Please note that all teams will be required to cook for the public sampling on Saturday. This will take place from 1-5pm.
All teams have the option of cooking for the public on Friday night at the VIP Preview party.
